## Offcloud

- `debrid/offcloud` | paid-only | evidence documented | binding none | category debrid (cloud download manager, torrents, usenet, remote upload) | tier premium
- needs card no, phone yes, ID no, institution no | verified 2026-11-03T00:35:36.096Z (live) | stale on 2026-12-04
- url https://offcloud.com/terms
- price EUR 10.00 per month | parsed USD 11.2/mo
- free tier: A free account exists with 3 active links and 10 GB of downloads, per third-party reviews; the rebuilt site publishes only paid plans - Monthly Premium EUR 10, Yearly Premium EUR 40. | unit: GB | metered on: downloaded-bytes | read on: 2026-10-23 | source: [1] | note: the 10 GB free figure is reported by TechRadar (2019) and cloudtorrent (2020), not read on the vendor site
- per-object cap: Not published; the free account's 10 GB total is the only byte figure a reader can find. | source: [1]
- retention: days: 7 | source: [2] | note: 7 is the short end of the vendor's own range, chosen as the conservative number; the plan setting is what decides
- egress: Traffic is counted against a proxy bandwidth allowance on the lifetime deals (1 TB) and by plan otherwise; the rebuilt site publishes no byte quota for the monthly plan. | metered: yes | free allowance: not published on the current site | source: [1]
- identity: email | detail: email and password; payments by PayPal, card, e-banking, phone/SMS, e-cards and Bitcoin
- interface: rest
- limits:
  - retention-clamped: 7-30 days depending on the plan setting [2]
  - volume-quota: 10 GB of downloads on a free account (reported) [3]
  - request-rate: 3 active links on a free account (reported) [3]
  - volume-quota: no published byte allowance; the legacy feature list said 'Generous fair use quotas' [4]
- limits note: The retention clock is a per-account setting, which means a user can choose the long end of the range and should.
- binding note: At 1 TiB/month the retention setting decides what is left after a gap; even the long end of 30 days does not cover a months-long pause.
- interface detail: REST API, RSS, Zapier and IFTTT integration; remote upload to third-party clouds
- endpoint: https://offcloud.com/api
- tooling: REST API, RSS feeds, Zapier/IFTTT, sync to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Mega, FTP and WebDAV (the sync page says the feature is 'currently not available' on the rebuilt site)
- composes with: its remote-upload path is the unusual one: fetch on Offcloud's servers and push straight to another cloud, which composes with a real store behind it
- reliability: The service was rebuilt by a new team under the same accounts; the sync feature is marked unavailable, which is a live example of a shipped feature disappearing.
- notes: The only vendor that lets a user set the retention clock, and the range tops out at 30 days. The only provider in the set whose headline price fell by more than 20%: the yearly went from $69.99 to EUR 40, nominally -43%, and the monthly stayed at about the same number while changing currency. The fall coincides with a rebuild by a new team, so it is a relaunch price. Two other things move in the window: the yearly oscillated $69.99 -> $54.99 -> $69.99 before the rebuild, and the plan names changed from 'The Good Kit'/'The Useful Partner' to plain Monthly/Yearly. The annual price is the cheapest per month among the western multi-hosters read here, but nothing on the site says how much traffic or storage that buys, and the free tier that older reviews describe is gone from the rebuilt pricing block. The Bitcoin claim has been on this FAQ for years and the FAQ sat above a rebuilt site, so the rail list may predate the rebuild. That is the reason the confidence stays at documented rather than measured. The yearly rate (3.33 EUR/month) undercuts TorBox's monthly rate if a user can pay a year up front in Bitcoin. Third-party reviews quote per-host caps (Rapidgator 20 GB/day, Uploaded 10 GB/day) but none is on a vendor page, so none is recorded as fact here.
- evidence note: Both retention sentences are vendor text read, and the range is the vendor's own. The free tier's size is reported only. A file kept at the 30-day setting and checked at day 8 and day 31 would make the range measured.
